Chapter 9 Update Provider Information
This section contains the following information:
Use the Provider option from the Home page to search or update provider information.
Providers can only update their own information; BCCP State system users with appropriate privileges can update records for any provider.
Providers are required by contract to maintain current and accurate site and contact information in order to receive payment for services.
Search Provider
To search for a provider:
- On the Home page, click Providers.
- In the Actions menu, click Search Providers.
The Provider Information table appears.
Use the following table to interpret the data in the Provider Information table.

The site name.

|
The street address of the site.

|
An additional address such as a suite number or PO Box number.

The city in which the site is located.

The five-digit zip code in which the site is located.

Zip Ext.
|
The extended zip code in which the site is located. It will be an additional four numbers.

Phone
|
The telephone number of the site.

Ten digits, including area code.

Fax
|
The fax number of the site.
|
Ten digits, including area code.
|

E-mail
|
The main email address of the site.
|

Filter results
You can search for providers quickly using filters associated with the following fields:
- Site name
- Address line 1
- Address line 2
- City
To select a filter:
- Enter the value to use for the filter in the text box.
- Click the
symbol to the right of the text box at the top of the column.
- Select the type of filter to use.

This will filter results greater than the value typed in the text box.

This will filter results less than the value typed in the text box.

GreaterThanOrEqualTo
|
This will filter results greater than or equal to the value typed in the text box.
|

LessThanOrEqualTo
|
This will filter results less than or equal to the value typed in the text box.

Between
|
This will filter results between the value(s) typed in the text box.
|
|
NotBetween
|
This will filter results that are not between the value(s) typed in the text box.

IsEmpty

The Provider Information table updates to show only the results that match the filter criteria you entered.
